Tourism is a business that doesn’t always follow the global economic trends.
Thailand saw an increase in tourism of over 8% in 2011 and expects a 25% increase by 2015 despite the economic crisis.

Guaranteed yearly return:
There are 3 options for a guaranteed return:
- A guaranteed fixed yearly return of 6% of your investment for 5 years.
- A guaranteed fixed yearly return of 7% of your investment for 2 years.
- A flexible agreement where the owner receives a fixed amount of money every time the apartment is rented out on a daily, weekly or monthly basis. There are no expenses for the owner, only an INCOME
If you choose a fixed yearly rental return, then you can still use apartment yourself as you wish, which of course will result in a small reduction of your return. However, two weeks for your disposal are included in the agreement without any reduction.
Expected increase in value:
It is today already difficult to find holiday resort apartment for a price as low as we offer the last apartments in Sea Sand Sun. For only 895.000 THB you get a just renovated apartment of 43 m2, which is truly a bargain. You can therefore expect an increase in value above average. The value is expected to go up by 20% or more in just 2 or 3 years. An investment is therefore attractive for several reasons:
- You can use the apartment yourself as you wish, or for your family and friends.
- An investment return of 5-7% which is more than double of what banks offer today.
- An expected increase in value above average for the market over the next three years.
